Another terrorist attack, more innocent people killed, more fear created in people's minds. However, one thing is clear - the world is much safer today than it was yesterday because there are two less people who are prepared to kill themselves, and four less bombs. Time and time again throughout history we have seen that fear gives into more fear, and it goes without saying that terrorism works by allowing innocent people to be terrified. The media sadly take advantage of these situations because it provides them a juicy story to write about, increases their click rates and creates more fear in people's minds. Humanity must not give in to fear and must not let these terrorists win. The message should be clear- we must not buckle low and bow down to these terrorists because if we do then they win and we cannot let that happen.
In many countries in Africa, Asia (inc. Nepal and India), only passengers who are travelling are allowed into the airport terminal and their baggage is screened immediately (in China the same goes for train passengers- ALL train passengers in China are screened before entering the railway station). Why don't they do this in Western countries, too? It makes no sense to allow non-travelling passengers into the terminal building, and airport staff also have to be taken care of (including check-in staff). Hopefully procedures are changed and we can limit future occurrences.

If you are an investor or a trend watcher then you may find this website useful as investing has a lot to do with personal observations and finding the ideal trend or next big thing. The average human on the street frequently knows far more about the state of the economy than politicians, university professors, subject matter experts, and financial analysts who seldom travel, or if they do so, only from one hotel to another hotel! The pulse and vibrancy of an economy is nowhere more visible than on a country's streets.
